A certificate can represent years of effort. It deserves respect. But the transition from education to work asks for more than subject knowledge.
You may be asked to introduce yourself clearly, explain how you solve problems, write a professional email, collaborate with a team, or give an example of a time you took responsibility.
These are practical abilities. Confidence often grows when you practise them, not simply when you read about them.
This is not a reason to feel inadequate. It is a reason to identify your next layer of development.
Choose one skill you believe you have. Write down a situation where you used it, the action you took, and the outcome or lesson. If you cannot find an example yet, you have identified what to practise next.

Workplace readiness is a collection of habits and capabilities that can be developed over time: communication, reliability, collaboration, self-presentation, digital confidence, and the ability to demonstrate value.
Your qualification is part of your story. Your next step is learning to communicate and demonstrate what you can do.
